The garden at Hawthorne was created by generous donations from Toyota Evergreen Learning Grounds Grant, Delta School District Sustainability Grant and a generous donation from PAC. Many students, staff, families, and businesses in the community donated time, materials and resources to build and make our garden come to life. Thank you to everyone who have made this happen, as it was a community effort to get this project off the ground. Before and after school, many families are sitting in the garden and looking at the plants that are growing.
